SUMMARY OF KEY POINTS

The information we process depends on how you interact with Admetrics and which services you use. We do not process sensitive personal information, and the policy states that we do not receive personal information from third parties. Processing is limited to valid legal grounds and may support service delivery, administration, communication, security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

Questions about this notice or your privacy choices can be sent to privacy@admetrics.io.

1. What information do we collect?

Information you provide

We collect personal information you choose to provide when you create or manage an account, ask about Admetrics or its services, take part in service-related activities, or contact us.

Depending on the interaction, this information may include:

  • Email addresses and names
  • Usernames and passwords
  • Billing addresses

We do not intentionally process sensitive personal information. Information you provide should be accurate and kept up to date.

Information collected automatically

When you access or navigate the services, technical and usage data may be collected automatically. This can include IP address, browser and device attributes, operating system, language, referring URLs, device name, country, approximate location, timestamps, viewed pages or files, searches, feature usage, device events, diagnostics, and hardware settings.

This data supports the operation and security of the services, along with internal analytics and reporting. Cookies and comparable technologies may also be used.

2. How do we process your information?

Admetrics processes personal information according to the context of your relationship with the services. The purposes described in the source policy include:

  • Creating accounts, authenticating users, and maintaining account functionality
  • Providing and facilitating requested services
  • Answering questions, providing support, and resolving service issues
  • Sending administrative messages about products, services, terms, or policies
  • Protecting an individual’s vital interests where necessary to prevent harm
  • Improving and administering services, preventing fraud, maintaining security, and meeting legal requirements

Other processing may occur with your consent.

3. What legal bases do we rely on?

Where EU or UK data protection law applies, Admetrics relies on an appropriate legal basis for each processing activity. Depending on the circumstances, that basis may be:

  • Consent, which can be withdrawn at any time
  • Contract, including steps requested before entering a contract and performance of contractual obligations
  • Legal obligations, including cooperation with authorities and the establishment or defence of legal claims
  • Vital interests, where processing is needed to protect a person’s safety
  • Legitimate interests, where applicable law permits and those interests are not overridden by individual rights

For the processing covered by this notice, Admetrics generally acts as the data controller. This notice does not govern personal information that Admetrics processes for customers as a data processor; in that situation, the relevant customer remains responsible as controller.

Canada

Where Canadian law applies, processing may be based on express or implied consent. The policy also recognizes limited circumstances where applicable law permits collection or use without consent, including certain investigations, fraud prevention, business transactions, legal proceedings, emergencies, insurance matters, and publicly available information.

4. When and with whom do we share information?

Personal information may be transferred or shared in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, sale of company assets, or negotiations for such a transaction.

Where service providers process information for Admetrics, the policy states that this occurs under written contracts that limit processing to the relevant business purpose and impose privacy obligations on the provider.

5. Do we use cookies and tracking technologies?

Cookies, pixels, web beacons, and similar technologies may be used to access or store information. Browser controls can usually be used to remove or reject cookies, although doing so may affect features of the services.

6. How long do we keep your information?

Personal information is kept only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this notice, unless a longer period is required or allowed by law. The policy states that no listed purpose requires account information to be retained beyond the period in which the user has an account.

When Admetrics no longer has an ongoing business need to process information, it will be deleted or anonymized. If immediate deletion is not possible—for example, because the information is held in backups—it will be isolated from further processing until deletion can take place.

7. How do we keep your information safe?

Admetrics uses organizational and technical measures intended to protect the personal information it processes. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, however, so unauthorized access, collection, theft, or alteration cannot be ruled out.

SECURITY NOTE

Use the services only from a secure environment. Transmission of information to and from the services remains at your own risk.

8. Do we collect information from minors?

Admetrics does not knowingly solicit personal information from, or market to, anyone under 18. If information from a person under 18 is identified, the related account will be deactivated and reasonable steps will be taken to remove the information.

If you believe Admetrics may hold information about a minor, contact privacy@admetrics.io.

9. What are your privacy rights?

Depending on your location, applicable law may give you rights to access personal information, obtain a copy, correct it, request deletion, restrict processing, receive portable data, or object to certain processing.

If you are in the EEA or UK and believe your information is being processed unlawfully, you may complain to your local data protection authority. Swiss residents can contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.

Consent and marketing

You may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before the withdrawal or processing supported by another lawful basis. Marketing emails can be stopped through their unsubscribe link or by contacting Admetrics; service and administrative messages may still be sent.

Account information and cookies

You can ask to review or change account information or terminate an account. Some information may be retained where needed for fraud prevention, troubleshooting, investigations, enforcement of legal terms, or legal obligations. Browser settings can be used to reject or remove cookies, although this may affect service functionality.

10. Controls for Do Not Track features

Some browsers and operating systems offer a Do Not Track signal. Because there is no uniform standard for interpreting these signals, the policy states that Admetrics does not currently respond to them. If a binding standard is adopted, the policy will be updated to describe the resulting practice.

11. Privacy rights for California residents
