Frequently Asked Questions
How much does Dreamdata cost?+
Dreamdata publishes no price for its paid product. There is a permanent free plan covering B2B web analytics, company identification, engagement scoring, the audience builder and an ad spend report, capped at 5 seats, 2 months of history, 3 stage models, 2 notifications and 1 sync. Everything that makes it an attribution platform - the models, revenue and content analytics, custom ROI reporting, full audience activation, SSO and advanced data controls - sits in a single custom-priced Activation & Attribution plan, quoted against monthly tracked users. Admetrics publishes its pricing and starts at $399 a month.
Does Dreamdata track profit, or only ROAS?+
Dreamdata reports ROAS and CAC, not profit. Costs feed a CAC report, but COGS never enters the model, so there is no POAS, no contribution margin and no P&L view anywhere in the platform. Refunds are not modeled either: a deal can be marked lost, but what comes back after a sale is invisible. For a brand carrying 30% product cost and a double-digit return rate, that is the entire margin question left unanswered.
How many attribution models does Dreamdata offer?+
Six: first, last, linear, W-shaped, U-shaped and data-driven. Custom credit rules are available, but only on the Enterprise plan, so the ability to encode how your own customers actually buy is a tier decision rather than a feature. Admetrics ships nine models out of the box plus your own rules for splitting credit.
Does Dreamdata work for ecommerce and Shopify brands?+
Not really - Dreamdata is built on a B2B data model where revenue means a CRM deal value. There is no SKU anywhere in the model, no return analytics, no repeat-purchase cohorts, no ad-level creative reporting and no influencer tracking. Its connector list runs 70+ sources deep into CRM, marketing automation, intent data and review sites, while the ad platforms stop at LinkedIn, Google, Meta and Microsoft. A DTC brand would be modeling a committee journey for a purchase that gets decided in one session on a phone.
Does Dreamdata offer marketing mix modeling?+
No. Dreamdata doesn't model spend against results, and it runs no incrementality testing, so the channels a click can't follow - TV, podcasts, marketplaces, upper-funnel video - are valued at roughly zero. Admetrics runs PRISMA, a machine-learning mix model that sizes each channel's real impact including offline, and the Budget Allocator turns that reading into a spend split you can execute across platforms.
Does Dreamdata have AI tools?+
Dreamdata has AI Signals, which ranks intent signals and writes report summaries, but there's no analyst inside the product you can put a question to. There's no native MCP server either - their own guide routes you through Google's BigQuery MCP, which means buying the warehouse export add-on and setting up gcloud first. Admetrics ships Ava for plain-language profit questions, plus a native MCP and Data API that let Claude or ChatGPT query your attribution and budgets and act on them.
Is Admetrics a good Dreamdata alternative?+
For ecommerce and DTC teams, yes - and for B2B teams, honestly, no. Dreamdata is strong at the job it was built for: resolving a buying committee to one account timeline, including the anonymous sessions before anyone filled in a form. If your revenue closes in Salesforce or HubSpot, that is the right tool and Admetrics is not. If it closes in a cart, the account model solves a problem you do not have while the margin question goes untouched. Admetrics runs POAS down to SKU net of COGS, shipping, fees and returns, recovers 20 to 30% more conversions server-side, and returns that signal to six ad platforms.
