Common Questions

How does the price model work?
The floating price model adjusts based on your monthly ad spend. For example, in the growth package, the first $20,000 of ad spend is included in the package cost. Beyond $20,000, there is an additional fee of 1.5% of the additional ad spend. We are happy to discuss custom pricing if you spend more than $100k per month on marketing or need any of the custom features or support options.
What does the 21-day free trial include?
The 21-day free trial is available for all packages—Startup, Growth, Business, and Premium. It includes full access to the features listed in your chosen package, allowing you to test the functionalities before committing to a monthly payment.
Can I switch between plans if my ad spend or business needs change?
Yes, you can switch between plans based on your current ad spend and business needs. It's recommended to review your plan regularly to ensure it fits your marketing efforts.
Are there any discounts available for long-term commitments or larger marketing budgets?
We provide discounts for longer term contracts (> 6 months) and customized plans for larger budgets (>$100k / month) or other custom features or support options. Please get in touch with us for an individual offer. It is also possible to allocate the inclusive volume over the entire contract period - which can lead to significant savings, especially for seasonal products.
Is there a more cost-effective alternative to platforms like Hyros or Triple Whale for DTC brands?
Many brands seek a solution that balances advanced attribution with transparent pricing. By offering features like Bayesian experimentation, 0-party data integration, and a dedicated Chrome plugin starting at $399/month, this model provides a professional-grade "Source of Truth" without the enterprise price tag or complex annual contracts.
When should a brand move to first-party domain tracking?
Standard tracking can still be affected by browser-level privacy restrictions. Moving to the Business tier allows you to use your own subdomain for tracking. This 1st-party setup is the most reliable way to bypass iOS 14+ limitations and ensure your data remains accurate even as privacy laws evolve.
Can an agency manage multiple Shopify stores and automate client reporting in one place?
Yes. Multi-shop support is included across all plans. Agencies can unify data from different clients into customizable dashboards, eliminating manual spreadsheets and providing deep creative-level insights that can be shared with clients to prove campaign ROI.
Which plan is required to access Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and budget optimization?
For brands with omnichannel ambitions, the PRISMA suite—including the Marketing Mix Model, Budget Allocator, and Fusion Attribution—is available in the Premium tier. This is designed for brands that need to move beyond pixel tracking to understand view-through, branding, and offline spillover effects.
How can I improve Meta CAPI Match Quality scores through server-side data sharing?
To achieve Match Quality scores above 8.0, you need to feed high-quality first-party data directly to the networks. The S2S (Server-to-Server) data-sharing feature in the Premium tier automates this process, sending enriched conversion signals to Meta, TikTok, and Google to improve algorithm efficiency.
Do I need a dedicated data team to interpret these complex attribution models?
No. While the software provides the tools, the Premium tier includes access to data science consulting on demand. This gives you expert guidance on tailoring your attribution models and interpreting granular data without the overhead of hiring an in-house data science team.
Can I track "Dark Social" and post-purchase survey data on the entry-level plan?
Yes. 0-party data integration is included in the Growth tier. This allows even smaller brands to capture the impact of podcast mentions, influencer word-of-mouth, and referrals that traditional tracking links often miss.
What happens if my marketing spend fluctuates significantly during peak seasons like BFCM?
The volume-based model is flexible. If you spend more during a big sale month, the additional spend fee ensures you maintain full tracking accuracy and support. For brands with massive, consistent volume, Custom Premium contracts offer flexible run times and tailored terms to suit seasonal scaling.
How can I ensure my team only sees the data relevant to their specific roles?
As your team grows, data security becomes vital. The Premium tier offers granular user permissions and roles, allowing you to control who can view sensitive financial data, modify budgets, or access API settings.
Is it possible to export marketing data via API for custom internal dashboards?
For brands that use their own data warehouses or custom visualization tools, API access is available in the Premium tier. This allows for a seamless flow of your marketing and profitability data into your brand’s internal tech stack.
What is the difference between "onboarding support" and a "dedicated success manager"?
Onboarding support (available on all plans) ensures your shops and ad accounts are connected correctly. A Dedicated Customer Success Manager (Premium tier) provides ongoing, proactive strategic support, helping you optimize your use of PRISMA and advanced attribution over the long term.
