As an E-Commerce Manager, you act as a commercial growth partner for DTC brands.
You combine product expertise, performance marketing understanding, and commercial ownership to drive measurable business outcomes. From first demo to activation and growth conversations, you ensure customers unlock real financial impact through Admetrics.
This is a role for commercially strong operators who think in contribution margin, not just features.
Key Responsibilities
- Growth-Oriented Sales Ownership Lead high-impact product demos and guide brands through the decision-making process, positioning Admetrics as mission-critical solution for profitable scaling.
- Value Realization & Activation Ensure new customers unlock measurable business value quickly. Translate performance data into clear growth opportunities and drive successful adoption.
- Revenue & Account Growth Drive new MRR while identifying structured expansion opportunities within your accounts.
- Strategic Sparring Partner Act as a trusted advisor to founders and performance leaders. Connect marketing metrics with financial outcomes and scaling decisions.
- Structured Pipeline Management Maintain disciplined deal progression and clear communication across Sales and Customer Success to ensure predictable revenue growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in DTC eCommerce or Performance Marketing
- Strong understanding of Meta, Google, CAC, MER, and contribution margin
- Experience in SaaS sales or commercial account ownership
- Ability to translate data into strategic business decisions
- High ownership mindset and performance orientation
- Fluent in German and English
