We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who will assist, organize and streamline requests and requirements of our clients and ensure that our clients work successfully with our solutions. You will work closely with the management and development team in our offices in Frankfurt/Main.
Responsibilities
- Organize daily information flow with clients
- Attend calls and meetings
- Take briefings
- Develop and oversee client specific roadmaps, release timelines and schedules
- First point of contact for issues
- Work with clients directly to provide support and gather feedback
- Write product and feature announcements and documentation
Required Skills
- At least 3 years of experience in an operational or account related role in marketing analytics or digital advertising
- Analytical thinking
- Deep understanding of marketing analytics and agency/advertiser processes
- Strong fundamentals in ad operational/delivery processes
- Excellent writing and communication skills (German and English)
Optional Skills
- Experience in user acquisition
- Experience with agile development processes (Kanban/Scrum)
